Our Team
Matthew Gardner
After over 15 years as a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Investor, and Property Manager, Matthew thought he had seen it all in the real estate world; then one of the units he owned and managed tested positive for lead.
After training in lead abatement so he could remediate his own property, Matthew started getting calls from other property owners. This ignited a passion for helping others make their properties safe, as well as a desire to teach others about the correct way to not only remove hazardous materials once they have been detected, but to investigate and stop them from harming children in the first place.
